Refund Policy

Securemove offer the customer multiple payment options (Cash, Cheque, D.D(Demand Draft),Paytm and Cheque) for their convenience. The customer is requested to make a payment only while confirming the order. The customer can choose ‘full payment’ or ‘part payment’ option while confirming the order.

A part payment is charged from the customer as ‘booking confirmation fee’. This is charged at a minimum of INR 2000/-. The customer is required to pay the remaining amount of the order once the job is initiated. If the customer attempts to reschedule the relocation date, he will have to pay an additional charge based on the availability on the particular date and will not be adjusted and have to forgo the Deposit

Securemove offers a hassle-free relocation experience to the customers. In case of any cancellations done until 1 calendar day of commencing relocation process (ex, if a relocation is scheduled to start on 2nd of November, the cancellation request should be before 1st of November 12:00:00 AM) the refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving a cancellation request after deducting the booking confirmation fee of INR 1000 for within city relocations and INR 2000 for between city (inter-city) relocations.

If a cancellation request is initiated within 1 calendar day (ex, if a relocation is scheduled to start on 2nd of November, the cancellation request is received on or after 1st of November 12:00:00 AM) from commencing relocation, the refunds will depend as per the efforts that have been put to execute relocation successfully. While we always try our best to arrange highest possible value of the refund, refunds will vary case to case.
