The height, length, width, and weight of your pet(s) or the dimensions of the travel crate(s), as provided by the owner or their representative, will be used to determine the export price or estimate.
Extra air freight costs will be necessary and will be covered by the owner if inaccurate pet information is given, or if the pet’s weight, size, or travel crate change.
Unless changes outside of Securemove.in direct control have an influence on the quote, our handling/documentation charges in the export quote are valid for 30 days. The owner will be responsible for any additional costs.
All export estimates are based on current airline freight tariffs, which are subject to change without notice due to increases in fuel prices and other airline fees. The owner is responsible for paying for any adjustments to the initial export quote brought on by the aforementioned increase.
Our estimate does not include pet insurance.
There will be an administration fee for each adjustment made to an existing reservation, and any subsequent increases in airline fees will also be charged.
Customs clearance, airline handling fees, taxes, and any other fees that may be incurred at the destination are not included in our export quote (unless specified).
IMPORT QUOTES
According to the owner or their representative, the import quote or estimate is depending on the pet’s mode of transportation, such as Excess Baggage/In Cabin (accompanied baggage) or Manifested Cargo (unaccompanied baggage).
Securemove.in (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include her heirs, nominees, permitted assigns, and legal representatives) shall act on behalf of the pet owners to use all the information provided by the clients for personal or other purposes in the manner they deem fit to apply for NOC. This is in reference to the quote shared and accepted by the agent/pet owner or representative of the pet owner. For the purposes of a NOC application, Securemove.in is permitted to open email accounts on behalf of the aforementioned clients.
No origin-specific fees are included in our import quote (unless specified).
Any adjustments to the arrival date necessitating a new application for the NOC or documentation will incur additional costs that belong to the owner.
Important information about the mode of transportation is provided below:
Excess Baggage / In Cabin (Accompanied Baggage)
At least seven days before the scheduled arrival, all necessary documentation must be submitted through email.
Each document should be delivered as a clear PDF attachment through email.
The owner’s name should appear on all pet-related documents.
Review of the paperwork and NOC application is contingent upon full payment in advance.
Following application submission, the NOC must be approved within 7 working days.
Transport or assistance upon arrival at the airport are not included in the quote.
All original documents and a copy of each original document must be carried by the owner. On request, the copy must be given to Customs at the airport.
For provisional clearance of the pet from Monday through Friday during business hours, the owner must show the pet and original documents after arriving at the animal quarantine office.
Manifested Cargo (Unaccompanied Baggage)
A minimum of ten days before the arrival date, all necessary documents must be submitted through email.
Each document should be delivered as a clear PDF attachment through email.
The owner’s name should appear on all pet-related documents
Review of the paperwork and NOC application is contingent upon full payment in advance.
The NOC must be approved within a minimum of 7 working days of the application being submitted.
For same-day clearance, the pet’s arrival should be planned for weekdays in the early morning hours before 12:00 PM
When clearing customs at the airport, the owner must be present, or the original passport must be used if the owner is not there.
After landing, Customs Clearance will take about 6 hours.
Customs fees must be paid in cash by the owner either at the airport on the spot or when the pet is delivered to their home.
Unless otherwise specified, the quote does not cover transportation to the residence.

DOMESTIC QUOTES
The height, length, width, and weight of your pet(s) or the dimensions of the travel crate(s), as submitted by the owner or their representative, will be used to determine the domestic price or estimate.

Three hours before the flight’s departure, the airlines will provide the booking confirmation.
On the day of departure, the owner must pay the airlines directly for the actual airfreight.
Your pet will be sent on the next available flight if the airlines do not allow it on the scheduled flight.
If the next flight is not available for 3 hours, there will be waiting fees.
Pet owner is required to transport the animal to the airport at least 4 hours before the trip.
LIABILITY
You are agreeing to accept ALL of the carriage conditions listed below, without exception, by using Securemove.in. You are also agreeing that Securemove.in judgments are final and are made with the animal’s welfare and best interests in mind.
Securemove.in is not liable for airline delays, flight cancellations, incorrect routing, missed or incomplete pet loading by airlines or their handling agents, changes in aircraft type (which causes a delay in the delivery of your pets), capacity limitations by airlines, or loss of veterinary records by airlines.
Your pets are handled with the utmost care and consideration, with the understanding that Securemove.in, its franchisees, kennels, agents, and veterinarians are under no circumstances to be held liable for loss, death, illness, injury, or accident resulting from any cause, whether accidental or natural, that is beyond their control.
By asking Securemove.in to transport their pets, owners acknowledge that any animal may experience stress and chew on or destroy their crate(s), endangering themselves in the process. In no manner are Securemove.in and its representatives liable for any financial claims originating from the aforementioned incidents.
The owner is responsible for covering any additional costs associated with comfort stops made because the pet soiled its box or additional flights made to and from the airport as a result.
At Securemove.in sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to transport or handle any animal that we believe to be dangerous to people or other animals.
We reserve the right to avoid handling afraid, reactive, or aggressive animals.
You further acknowledge that Securemove.in and its representatives will not be held responsible for any airline actions or inactions, delays, cancellations, financial claims stemming from the aforementioned occurrences, or restricted services.
Any changes to the services may result in out-of-hours or weekend fees being added to your booking since all services are quoted based on a service delivery model that runs from Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 HRS.
Securemove.in DOES NOT RECOMMEND attaching any pet documentation to the pet’s crate when it is being transported, and is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from doing so.
Any pick-up or delivery times given by Securemove.in are simply estimations.
For any delays experienced by AQCS India, Securemove.in won’t be held accountable or responsible.
We take every care to keep an adequate timetable, but it is unavoidable that occasionally we will need to adjust it owing to the volume of reservations, traffic and weather conditions, mechanical failures, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Any damage, expense, or annoyance incurred by a party as a result of a change to our schedule or the schedule of the airline utilised is not accepted by us.
Securemove.in is not liable to the shipper, consignee, any third party, or any other person having an interest in the cargo intort or contract or bailment or otherwise for any, and the consequences of any, delay in collection of cargo or loss of or damage to or deterioration of cargo or miss-delivery or failure to deliver or delay in delivery of cargo for any reason whatsoever including, without limiting the foregoing, the negligence or breach of contract, statutory duty or wilful act or default of the carrier whether or not the same occurs in the course of performance by or on behalf of the carrier under this contract or in events which are in the contemplation of carrier and/or shipper or in events which are foreseeable by them or either of them or in events which may constitute a fundamental breach of contract or a breach of a fundamental term.
SEDATIVES
Securemove.in advises against taking any sedatives when travelling.
Sedatives are STRICTLY to be arranged by the client and prescribed and issued by the customer’s personal veterinarian in cases when they are required or particularly requested. Securemove.in disclaims any liability for overdosing, adverse effects, or fatalities brought on by improper sedative administration. Please be warned that if your pet is not attentive after taking sedatives, airlines or horror companies may refuse to fly you. Prior to travel, the pet owner is responsible for informing Securemove.in of any potential medical issues that your pet may have. Flying with a sick pet is always at the owner’s risk.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Prior to the dogs’ departure, the full amount must be paid in cash, credit card, direct deposit, or bank check.
Prior to shipping dogs, we need a valid company order or letter accepting our proposal if a pre-approved firm will be paying the charges.
Cancellation of domestic, international, or export pet transportation services is subject to the following restrictions:
Domestic Pet Booking
Domestic bookings (inside India) incur services fees that are not refundable.
If scheduled in advance and paid for, transportation costs from the place of residence to the airport are not non-refundable.
On the day of departure, the owner must pay the airlines directly for the actual airfreight.
If the next flight is not available for 3 hours, there will be waiting fees.
International Pet Export Booking
If cancellation is advised seven (7) days prior to departure, deposits for international pet transport are non-refundable.
Within ten (10) days of the intended animal travel date, international booking cancellations will get a 50% return of the quoted amount (less non-refundable deposits and airline fees).
Please be aware that Securemove.in reserves the right to modify rates prior to booking if government or airline fees or charges change while the quotation is still in effect.
For all international export reservations, there is a minimum cancellation cost of INR 15,000 or more, depending on the cancellation stage. Any non-refundable deposits and airline fees are not included in this
SECURITY
International Pet Import Booking
The NOC payment is not refundable after it has been made if the owner fails to supply all the papers requested in the quote or provides incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
Any cancellation after reviewing the paperwork for the NOC application will not be refundable, and the fees for custom clearance will be refunded at a rate of 50% in accordance with our cancellation policy if the pet is travelling as manifested cargo and payment for the NOC & Custom Clearance has been made.
The owner shall be responsible for covering any additional costs associated with resubmitting an application for any changes to the NOC for whatever reason.
The owner will be responsible for paying the custom duty as stated in our quotes when the pet arrives and is cleared.
If any prohibited items are discovered inside the pet crate, the owner will be held accountable in accordance with Petstrasnport.in regulation.
ABOUT THESE TERMS
Securemove.in does not offer any specific guarantees about the services other than those that are specifically contained in these terms or extra agreements. For instance, we don’t guarantee the services’ functionality, stability, availability, or capacity to satisfy your demands. We also don’t guarantee the services’ content. The services are offered “as is.”
In order to, for instance, reflect changes to the legislation or changes to our Services, we may revise these terms as well as any supplementary conditions that apply to a Service.
You should frequently review the terms.
If these terms change, we’ll issue a notification on this page. If the extra terms change, we’ll issue a notice in the relevant Service.
Changes won’t take effect immediately after being posted and won’t go into effect before fourteen days have passed. However, modifications regarding new features, payments, cessation of a Service, or modifications made for legal reasons take effect right away.
You should stop using a Service if you do not agree to the new terms for that Service.
If these terms and the additional terms are in disagreement, the additional terms will take precedence.
The interaction between Securemove.in and you is governed by these terms. No rights for third-party beneficiaries are established by them.
