They are completely unprofessional and kind of gunda type movers packers. Whatever they will mention and even written in quotation they will not follow and you will be helpless as last moment you can’t do anything. And when u will raise any issue either they will not respond or will not be agree for 1 rs. Deduction from the amount your have paid for mentioned services and items.I had very bad experience with Pradeep ( Relationship Manager ) he ruined my moving and packing. He arranged local labour instead of professional one and when I complained about it he said bahut “mushkil se ye lobout arrange ke hai to aap karwa lo bus”Lastly things took full day instead of 2,3 hours and also lots of damages in households.

These guys are full fraud. I booked them for 3 bhk dedicated truck shifting from Ghaziabad to Bengaluru and after taking my stuff to Gurgaon they loaded whole cargo it into car carrier. And in Bengaluru it came with open truck covered with thin plastic cover in heavy rain. While asking the reason for this they told that truck was broken down in Hyderabad. I faced a loss of around 1 lakh . When I asked for claim from insurance they first said it will take 15 days and then keep of giving silly excuses and in the they want the bills of each and each every damage. And finally they stopped picking up the calls. Simply that insurance part was also fake. Please beware of such guys. Shame on you. This is a genuine review.

Took there service to move from Gurgaon to Noida. Move was fine. There were damage to Bed Headboard and Couch corner even when they wrapped in so called foamy cover.They left the boxes and promised to collect after 2 days and charged 50 Rs per box and it's been 30 days today, they didn't come to pick up. When called the guy who came for survey he said he won't pick up "Jo karna hai karlo". And said he called multiple times but didnt. I told him I put review accordingly to which he said we have a team who will take care of it.These are goons of Haryana beaware.When the guy came to assess he was the nicest in world and when we called to pick up the boxes he wouldn't listen.Such a Shameful Behaviour.Never using there service again.

I recently booked their service and had the most mentally exhausting experience, I chose them after reading the reviews and they also assured that they are a big company etc but just to push my things from one place to another I had to keep calling and pushing them and after a certain time my things got stuck and there was no update on the tracking system and whenever I called them their answer was we don’t know, nikal toh Gaya hai pata nei q nei paucha , isko phone karo usko phone karo wait karo, number nei hai , email kar ta hu, pata nei pata nei , such irresponsible people who have no idea where my things went I used different packers and movers from Chennai, Bangalore but this Delhi one was the worst of all and while my things reached Guwahati within 4 days from Delhi but from Guwahati to Shillong which is just 3hrs by road they literally took 6days days for delivery and altogether they took 18days to deliver my packages, the main thing is they send my stuffs through 3rd Party that’s why they were clueless about anything, my personal experience was horrible would not recommend for far places at all.

Overall, the shifting was good experience ....The commercial process was transparent and there were no false promises .. something that you do not get usuallythe team that did packing and unpacking was good. .. WHite good, crockery, electronic items, furniture, fragile items etc. were packed very nicely.Usually one expected the team to expect or ask for some tip or cash or "inaam" after packing and also unpacking but here the team did not ask for any such money. Even the driver was very polite. They even shared live location so that we can track their movement.Unpacking was also efficientSome points to improve :Kindly number the boxes and make a list with box contents ... so that un-packing can be easier.... specifically when lot of stuff needs to be moved.Tape should not be applied to steel utensils directly! it takes many weeks before glue is totally washed away .... may be wrap first in sheet and then apply tape.Overall, one of the better ones that I have experienced .... highly recommended

SEND YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK!!I gave my car with a promise to deliver it in 12 days from Delhi to dimapur. Little did I know that he works on commission based and he does not have a transportation service of his own . A silver tongued devil, he is.. I trusted him however he gave my car to Dinesh who claimed to work for "national auto carriers". After 7 days I gave my car, I got a call saying that the car will be delay 4-5 days due to a communal riot in Bihar, said they can't risk to cross it and I believed him and I understood the little hiccups on the way when it is transported for thousands of km though there was no news for riot. After 20 days, they claimed that car reaches guwahati and it will reach dimapur the next day. I went there the next 2nd day travelling 200 km to collect it however the car did not reach dimapur that day or the next next day. Turns out , the car never made it to guwahati but the car was in durgapur from the past 15 days parked at the driver's resindent and they couldn't reach him , instead of telling me the truth. They cooked up a story where trailer met an accident 60 km before dimapur and the driver was seriously injured however they said and I quote " your car is safe". I even offered them to collect the car myself from the place where trailer met an accident but no, they won't allow it. Well, how could they?? the car never reaches guwahati to begin with. The car was delayed for more than 10 days from the EDD however they kept on telling lies over lies and they had too many excuses. I became a little irrate after a while, so they said, they will deliver the car directly to imphal as a compensation of my trouble and inconveniences and told me the car will be delivered in the next 7 days which was 28 of april. Instead of delivering my car at Imphal, told me to credit the remaining balance to pay for the trailer to reaches dimapur, I was shocked caused it was the day the promised to deliver the car at Imphal and there I was being asked to transfer money to reach dimapur. Well, I had to transfer the money instantly however after 2 days, they said they can't deliver the car in dimapur but I had to go there to pick up the car from guwahati after the full payment. Furious and disappointed I was with their pathetic service and rude bhaviour of Dinesh, went to guwahati and collected the car but a lot of valuable items were not there . I had a room heater, books, tv wall mount and basket and car cover . They even stole the perfume from the dashboard,unbelievable. speedometer was not working, I had a spare tire but I didn't have a lever to change the Tyre but found a new one though . The driver and the passenger seat were dirty as hell. My headlight 'down' was not working but they had it fixed. It was as if, someone drove the car all the way till guwahati. I called amit/Dinesh to complain about it, said the car was never driven but all the evidence points towards being driven directlly. he claimed that the items were never there but I had them written all those items on the receipt. Said he will checked , but now he is not even answering my phone. The amount I have paid them I could have easily transported the car till guwahati via aggarwal. However I wanted to transport the car till dimapur hence I could not give it aggarwal ( no service there)Bottom line:Save yourself from all the emotional pain they are going to put you through.they will suck the happiness out of you. Instead book somewhere leigitimate such as agarwal.

Big time scamster!!!! Alert!!! Dont book this service if you love your car. These 5 star reviews are all fake1. I booked service to move my car (Brand New Tata safari facelift 2024) to Chandigarh from Mumbai on 22nd July, after having long conversation with Mr. Prince. He was very polite and nice which make you trust these guys easily.2. Agreement was to deliver car by carrier/truck from Mumbai to chandighar. I had asked and warrend Prince that, i will only take this service only if above condition will statisfy. Still the car was drooved from Gurgaon to Chandigarh by some driver.3. The drive has used the car for personal purpose. There was a Woman's hair clip found in my car door pocket. There was a huge bunch of Rajhnigandha packets in driver door side. The car was dirty as hell from inside with all dirt marks of fingers. Seats were spoiled.4. As they were unable to provide car via truck for more than 4days, Prince called and asked if they can drive the car to chandighar on which i confirmed as i had to start my trip for Leh. For which i was promised, the fuel & toll will be taken care by them. These guys gave me empty tank of 20kms range. Around 2000 (Fuel & Toll) was costed me directly.5. I had booked a return from Chandighar to Mumbai with same service. After above experince i was sure not to give my car to these guys again, but Mr.Prince requested to give 1 more chance to serve me to change my exprience with them. And promised to look into all this matter personally. But still the same.6. My car was picked up at Chandigarh on 17th Aug2024 by a complete unprofessional driver, who didnt knew how to drive automatic car. I had washed and delivered a clean car to the driver. Just incase to see if there are any damages to my vehicle. I took video and there was no damages at all, driver had also confirmed.7. Car was delivered on 26th Aug in Mumbai in a damaged condition. The driver who was driving 34L car was a 20Year old young guy, who didnt had licence with him while driving. On asking him license, he had to make multiple call to arrange the same. The guy was not at all experinces to drive a big car and still these operations had guts to give the expensive car to such ppl.8. I asked for damages claim, and asked to get my car repaired at authorized service center and my car only 8-9months old. But Mr. Prince & Mr. Puneet was not ready to give the damage, and was asking to use my car insurance to claim it. For their mistake i had to let go my No claim bonus of 30K of insurance. I denyed to use my insurance. They insisted to get it done in local garage, which i denide for my Brand new car.9. While having discussion on the expense, Mr. Puneet started blaming that i am making stories as i dont want to pay balance amount for 4500. Which i holded as they didnt agreed to pay any damages.10. These guys are big time scamsters, if you love your car, dont trust these guys. As they have no control on drivers. They simply blame the drivers and try to get away from the responbsibility of deliverying car safely.11. Car had a dent of left read side and a dent on front side.
Pathetic Service.I am having very bad experience with this service provider. I approached them to transfer my car from Gurugram to Guwahati. They promised me that 10-12 day it will be delivered, but in actual they took nearly 30 days to deliver my car. In between whenever I asked them about the delivery, they again gave me fake promises, like today it will be delivered or tomorrow we will deliver. This leads me in frustration. Later they stopped or ignored to take my call. While calling them by some other number, same person trying to fake his identity like "I am Punit brother taking, and Punit went outside and will be available in next week".Another Things that when they came for take my car, prior to that I asked them that, can I put some of my household thing in my car. They told yes and so I kept some of my household thing in the Car. Later they called me and told that these household items cannot be transport inside the car and left me stunned. After negotiation they agreed to send few of items to transport with car. Since I was already moved from the location, so I don't have any option except to give up with remaining household items.Really very pathetic service. Guys avoid such a cheap quality company for your valuables transfer.Updated after a year : Recently when I replaced my Fast tag I found a 2200/- Challan for over speeding on my vehicle. The challan date is the period when I already handed over my vehicle for transportation. When I contacted them to settle this then they diplomatically refused.

Extremely responsive and prompt. Provide tracking of vehicle to help ease worries. I would surely recommend but have some recommendations to improve. Car should be cleaned and handed over. One small problem was that the sun shade holder was damaged on front drivee door. But otherwise everything reached with nothing obviously out of place. Safe India Car Carrier (or Safe India Car Transport) is group of extortionists. There is no transparency in their dealings. Their paper work is very shoddy. They promised me to take my car to Hyderabad for 12,000 Rupees and I ended up paying them 30,000 Rupees. They load you with several other charges which are not discussed at the time of booking. He arranged local labour instead of professional one and when I complained about it he said bahut “mushkil se ye lobout arrange ke hai to aap karwa lo bus”Lastly things took full day instead of 2,3 hours and also lots of damages in households.

These guys are full fraud. I booked them for 3 bhk dedicated truck shifting from Ghaziabad to Bengaluru and after taking my stuff to Gurgaon they loaded whole cargo it into car carrier. And in Bengaluru it came with open truck covered with thin plastic cover in heavy rain. While asking the reason for this they told that truck was broken down in Hyderabad. I faced a loss of around 1 lakh . When I asked for claim from insurance they first said it will take 15 days and then keep of giving silly excuses and in the they want the bills of each and each every damage. And finally they stopped picking up the calls. Simply that insurance part was also fake. Please beware of such guys. Shame on you. This is a genuine review.

Took there service to move from Gurgaon to Noida. Move was fine. There were damage to Bed Headboard and Couch corner even when they wrapped in so called foamy cover.They left the boxes and promised to collect after 2 days and charged 50 Rs per box and it's been 30 days today, they didn't come to pick up. When called the guy who came for survey he said he won't pick up "Jo karna hai karlo". And said he called multiple times but didnt. I told him I put review accordingly to which he said we have a team who will take care of it.These are goons of Haryana beaware.When the guy came to assess he was the nicest in world and when we called to pick up the boxes he wouldn't listen.Such a Shameful Behaviour.Never using there service again.

I recently booked their service and had the most mentally exhausting experience, I chose them after reading the reviews and they also assured that they are a big company etc but just to push my things from one place to another I had to keep calling and pushing them and after a certain time my things got stuck and there was no update on the tracking system and whenever I called them their answer was we don’t know, nikal toh Gaya hai pata nei q nei paucha , isko phone karo usko phone karo wait karo, number nei hai , email kar ta hu, pata nei pata nei , such irresponsible people who have no idea where my things went I used different packers and movers from Chennai, Bangalore but this Delhi one was the worst of all and while my things reached Guwahati within 4 days from Delhi but from Guwahati to Shillong which is just 3hrs by road they literally took 6days days for delivery and altogether they took 18days to deliver my packages, the main thing is they send my stuffs through 3rd Party that’s why they were clueless about anything, my personal experience was horrible would not recommend for far places at all.

Overall, the shifting was good experience ....The commercial process was transparent and there were no false promises .. something that you do not get usuallythe team that did packing and unpacking was good. .. WHite good, crockery, electronic items, furniture, fragile items etc. were packed very nicely.Usually one expected the team to expect or ask for some tip or cash or "inaam" after packing and also unpacking but here the team did not ask for any such money. Even the driver was very polite. They even shared live location so that we can track their movement.Unpacking was also efficientSome points to improve :Kindly number the boxes and make a list with box contents ... so that un-packing can be easier.... specifically when lot of stuff needs to be moved.Tape should not be applied to steel utensils directly! it takes many weeks before glue is totally washed away .... may be wrap first in sheet and then apply tape.Overall, one of the better ones that I have experienced .... highly recommended

SEND YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK!!I gave my car with a promise to deliver it in 12 days from Delhi to dimapur. Little did I know that he works on commission based and he does not have a transportation service of his own . A silver tongued devil, he is.. I trusted him however he gave my car to Dinesh who claimed to work for "national auto carriers". After 7 days I gave my car, I got a call saying that the car will be delay 4-5 days due to a communal riot in Bihar, said they can't risk to cross it and I believed him and I understood the little hiccups on the way when it is transported for thousands of km though there was no news for riot. After 20 days, they claimed that car reaches guwahati and it will reach dimapur the next day. I went there the next 2nd day travelling 200 km to collect it however the car did not reach dimapur that day or the next next day. Turns out , the car never made it to guwahati but the car was in durgapur from the past 15 days parked at the driver's resindent and they couldn't reach him , instead of telling me the truth. They cooked up a story where trailer met an accident 60 km before dimapur and the driver was seriously injured however they said and I quote " your car is safe". I even offered them to collect the car myself from the place where trailer met an accident but no, they won't allow it. Well, how could they?? the car never reaches guwahati to begin with. The car was delayed for more than 10 days from the EDD however they kept on telling lies over lies and they had too many excuses. I became a little irrate after a while, so they said, they will deliver the car directly to imphal as a compensation of my trouble and inconveniences and told me the car will be delivered in the next 7 days which was 28 of april. Instead of delivering my car at Imphal, told me to credit the remaining balance to pay for the trailer to reaches dimapur, I was shocked caused it was the day the promised to deliver the car at Imphal and there I was being asked to transfer money to reach dimapur. Well, I had to transfer the money instantly however after 2 days, they said they can't deliver the car in dimapur but I had to go there to pick up the car from guwahati after the full payment. Furious and disappointed I was with their pathetic service and rude bhaviour of Dinesh, went to guwahati and collected the car but a lot of valuable items were not there . I had a room heater, books, tv wall mount and basket and car cover . They even stole the perfume from the dashboard,unbelievable. speedometer was not working, I had a spare tire but I didn't have a lever to change the Tyre but found a new one though . The driver and the passenger seat were dirty as hell. My headlight 'down' was not working but they had it fixed. It was as if, someone drove the car all the way till guwahati. I called amit/Dinesh to complain about it, said the car was never driven but all the evidence points towards being driven directlly. he claimed that the items were never there but I had them written all those items on the receipt. Said he will checked , but now he is not even answering my phone. The amount I have paid them I could have easily transported the car till guwahati via aggarwal. However I wanted to transport the car till dimapur hence I could not give it aggarwal ( no service there)Bottom line:Save yourself from all the emotional pain they are going to put you through.they will suck the happiness out of you. Instead book somewhere leigitimate such as agarwal.

Big time scamster!!!! Alert!!! Dont book this service if you love your car. These 5 star reviews are all fake1. I booked service to move my car (Brand New Tata safari facelift 2024) to Chandigarh from Mumbai on 22nd July, after having long conversation with Mr. Prince. He was very polite and nice which make you trust these guys easily.2. Agreement was to deliver car by carrier/truck from Mumbai to chandighar. I had asked and warrend Prince that, i will only take this service only if above condition will statisfy. Still the car was drooved from Gurgaon to Chandigarh by some driver.3. The drive has used the car for personal purpose. There was a Woman's hair clip found in my car door pocket. There was a huge bunch of Rajhnigandha packets in driver door side. The car was dirty as hell from inside with all dirt marks of fingers. Seats were spoiled.4. As they were unable to provide car via truck for more than 4days, Prince called and asked if they can drive the car to chandighar on which i confirmed as i had to start my trip for Leh. For which i was promised, the fuel & toll will be taken care by them. These guys gave me empty tank of 20kms range. Around 2000 (Fuel & Toll) was costed me directly.5. I had booked a return from Chandighar to Mumbai with same service. After above experince i was sure not to give my car to these guys again, but Mr.Prince requested to give 1 more chance to serve me to change my exprience with them. And promised to look into all this matter personally. But still the same.6. My car was picked up at Chandigarh on 17th Aug2024 by a complete unprofessional driver, who didnt knew how to drive automatic car. I had washed and delivered a clean car to the driver. Just incase to see if there are any damages to my vehicle. I took video and there was no damages at all, driver had also confirmed.7. Car was delivered on 26th Aug in Mumbai in a damaged condition. The driver who was driving 34L car was a 20Year old young guy, who didnt had licence with him while driving. On asking him license, he had to make multiple call to arrange the same. The guy was not at all experinces to drive a big car and still these operations had guts to give the expensive car to such ppl.8. I asked for damages claim, and asked to get my car repaired at authorized service center and my car only 8-9months old. But Mr. Prince & Mr. Puneet was not ready to give the damage, and was asking to use my car insurance to claim it. For their mistake i had to let go my No claim bonus of 30K of insurance. While having discussion on the expense, Mr. Puneet started blaming that i am making stories as i dont want to pay balance amount for 4500. Which i holded as they didnt agreed to pay any damages.10. These guys are big time scamsters, if you love your car, dont trust these guys. As they have no control on drivers. They simply blame the drivers and try to get away from the responbsibility of deliverying car safely.11. Car had a dent of left read side and a dent on front side.
Pathetic Service.I am having very bad experience with this service provider. I approached them to transfer my car from Gurugram to Guwahati. They promised me that 10-12 day it will be delivered, but in actual they took nearly 30 days to deliver my car. In between whenever I asked them about the delivery, they again gave me fake promises, like today it will be delivered or tomorrow we will deliver. This leads me in frustration. Later they stopped or ignored to take my call. While calling them by some other number, same person trying to fake his identity like "I am Punit brother taking, and Punit went outside and will be available in next week".Another Things that when they came for take my car, prior to that I asked them that, can I put some of my household thing in my car. They told yes and so I kept some of my household thing in the Car. Later they called me and told that these household items cannot be transport inside the car and left me stunned. After negotiation they agreed to send few of items to transport with car. Since I was already moved from the location, so I don't have any option except to give up with remaining household items.Really very pathetic service. Guys avoid such a cheap quality company for your valuables transfer.Updated after a year : Recently when I replaced my Fast tag I found a 2200/- Challan for over speeding on my vehicle. The challan date is the period when I already handed over my vehicle for transportation. When I contacted them to settle this then they diplomatically refused.
